Our 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum Limited Edition is the perfect vehicle for any road trip adventure. To make your experience much more enjoyable and convenient, we can arrange for 100% contactless delivery services, and you are able to book instantly!!! **Reservations between 11pm – 8am need to be made with at least a 12-hour notice**
We also have many delivery options. Live locally? We can arrange for delivery to your doorstep at a time convenient for you. Coming from Boston Logan Airport? No problem. Contact us after booking your flight to choose a delivery location that will be convenient for you. *Please let us know of itinerary changes with as much notice as possible for ease of coordination*
An EZ Pass Toll transponder #02105896598 is included in the rental. You will benefit from the discounted tolls, but you are still responsible for toll charges. We will review charges at the end of the trip and request reimbursement via Turo messaging.

When booking this vehicle, you agree to only travel within the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York & New Jersey unless otherwise discussed and approved prior to your rental. Please understand that your booking will be canceled if you violate this rule
Check the extras being offered to see if there is something you may be interested in.
Keep us informed about your arrival. We are flexible but please do your best to arrive on time. Feel free to send us your flight information in case your flight changes or we cannot reach you while you are on the plane.
Allow a few minutes for photos and pre-trip inspection. These must be submitted via the Turo App prior to your departure with the car and also at the end of your rental term.
The car will be delivered to you with a full tank of gas, please return with the same full level or you will be billed for the missing fuel plus a refueling fee. If you want peace of mind, purchase the $85 prepaid refuel extra and you will not have to worry about refueling the vehicle.
The car will be delivered in a clean state and should be returned to us in the same clean state, or you will be charged a $250 detailing fee. Let us know if you will be traveling with a pet.
Please be advised that is a non-smoking 🚭 vehicle. Any signs of smoking, ashes or burns in upholstery will result in a $250 deep cleaning & applicable repair fees.
If there’s damage or if you have an accident during your trip, let us know right away. Take pictures to document the accident and/or damage and don’t stress, that’s what insurance is for!
Communicate your return plans and any changes in them immediately so we can serve you best.
Pay your EZ pass, parking tickets and tolls right away or you will be billed, with additional late fees later.
Make sure to leave a review at the end of your trip. We will also do the same :).
